– Our after-school training program is designed to help young athletes develop their basketball skills, improve game awareness, and build confidence through structured coaching and drills.
Participants will gain hands-on experience in fundamental basketball techniques, advanced strategies, and competitive gameplay to enhance their overall performance on the court.
Develop tight, controlled dribbling techniques to maneuver through defenders with confidence and precision.
Perfect shooting mechanics to increase accuracy, consistency, and confidence in scoring opportunities.
Master defensive stances, footwork, and reaction skills to become a lockdown defender on the court.
Understand essential basketball concepts such as spacing, passing, and movement to become a well-rounded player.
Learn in-depth game strategies, offensive and defensive plays, and decision-making skills for competitive gameplay.
Develop footwork, finishing techniques, and positioning skills to dominate in the paint and score efficiently.
1 hour Weekly Sessions –
Mondays or Wednesdays Games will be held as scheduled
